The following are the terms and conditions between Lathief Productions and the Artist.

1. The copyright of photographs uploaded through the registration portal of the website for the casting of the Artist shall be owned exclusively by Lathief production.

2. The Artist agrees that Lathief production Casting is authorised to use the uploaded photos of the artist on the website, and different social media platforms of the company & also permitted to share with the clients for assignment or project work.

3. The artist shall ensure all information they provide on the Lathief production website portal is accurate, correct and up to date and shall immediately update the portal of any material changes in the information provided. The artist shall respond in a timely manner to any request from Lathief production for specific types of information or an update on information previously provided.

4. The casting company will endeavour to find suitable assignments for the artist to perform work for any suitable role in films, television programmes, commercials and other productions as may be appropriate. Lathief production is obliged to offer an Assignment to the Artist and the Artist shall be obliged to accept any Assignment offered by Lathief production.

5. By registering as an artist to use our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement, which governs your access and use of these services at all times. By entering into this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement in its entirety, you understand this agreement and that you are entering into a legally binding agreement with us.
